It has three programmes: executive coaching for CEOs and senior leaders from €3,000 per person, team coaching from €300 per person, and coaching for managers from €1,000 per person, which companies in Spain can fund through FUNDAE. Intain LeadersExecutive coaching for CEOs and senior leaders. 6 to 12 sessions of 60 to 90 minutes over 3 to 12 months, from €3,000 per person. Programme page (in Spanish)

Yes. What is said in the sessions stays between the leader and the coach. The company hears about progress towards the agreed objective, not about the content of the conversations.
